Palate Press launched last month and has been publishing a steady and significant volume of the most engaging wine writing anywhere.
David Honig and William Tisherman have done an awesome job and I really enjoyed working with Tish on this piece about aging wine. Having a chance to run the piece through Tish and his team’s professional editing was a pleasure and just another next step and great experience in the viral proliferation of great wine content.
I strongly recommend checking in regularly. They post every day, sometimes twice, and if you think about how that amount of content compares to a traditional monthly publication, you start to get a feel for the depth of the coverage.
Congratulations Palate Press!
